Please include your FindNot username when you write. If possible write from your FindNot e-mail account or the contact e-mail that you gave us when you signed up. When describing your problem, please include which connection you were attempting: VPN, SOCKS5 Proxy or SSH tunnel. If we have to correspond more than once about an issue, keep in mind we do not keep a record of e-mail, so please use the reply feature on your e-mail client that includes the previous conversation.
