We do have a soft bandwidth limit. From our terms of service:
Users should restrict their data transfer to 1 GIG per day. This is a soft figure. When we see a user use as much bandwidth as say 60 other "regular" users we politely ask them to stop or depart from the service and we do issue pro-rata refunds if this occurs. So what we are NICELY trying to say is hey we'll work with you as long as you are not trying to ruin it for all the others. Can't blame us here. If you have a need to occasionally use a larger amount of bandwidth drop us an email and just consider it ok, as long as it is not an everyday occurrence and it is not more than triple the limit in a 24 hour period. If you think we are unreasonable do speak out - this is a soft terms of service clause that is only intended to be used against the most inconsiderate users (think bandwidth hogs).
