What are the main functions of PopNot?
- Unique "Setup Mode" notifies you when a site tries to open a pop up and
lets you
choose whether to allow or permanently block pop-ups from that site
- Press Win+Z to allow the next pop-up.
- Can sense when your mouse is over a link and allow pop-ups that are the
results of clicking a link that opens in a new window.
- Play a sound whenever a pop- up is blocked.
- Can be set to run at startup.
- Minimizes to the System Tray and blocks pop-ups without interfering with
your browsing.
- Click the System Tray icon to make the program visible, allow the next pop-up,
or exit the program.
- Can be added to Internet Explorer's "Tools" menu for quick and easy access!

What does PopNot do?
This is an additional layer of pop-up control that let's you allow and disallow
pop ups selectively.
This pop-up stopper software monitors all open IE windows for pop-ups.
Unique "Setup Mode" notifies you whenever a site tries to send a pop-up, and lets
you block it or allow it with the click of a button.
Once you turn off Setup Mode, only pop-ups from sites you have specifically allowed
will be shown.

Will it run automatically?
Use the "Automation Run at Startup" feature. This will start the

I need to see a popup from a specific link. Can
I do this?
Check the box labeled “Exceptions: Allow popups when my mouse is
over a link. This will assume that a popup is the result of clicking
a link that opens in a new window, as long as your mouse is over the
link when the popup attempts to open. This option will make popup blocking
slightly less accurate, since there is always the possibility that you
will be moving your mouse over a link at the exact time that an illegitimate
popup attempts to open.
